ByggVesta is strengthening its organization ahead of the next phase in the company’s development. Jonas Granström is returning to the company as Head of Project Development and will join the executive management team. The recruitment is part of ByggVesta’s efforts to combine cost efficiency with development capacity, a clearer customer offering, and strategic partnerships.
ByggVesta develops, builds, owns, and manages rental apartments and student housing in Sweden’s growth regions. The company is now entering a phase focused on increased development capacity, more projects, and new forms of collaboration. ByggVesta will continue to be at the forefront of efficient construction while creating residential environments that retain their value over time. Growth will not be driven by volume alone, but by the right expertise, the right projects, and partnerships with organizations that share the same ambitions.

Jonas Granström has extensive experience in residential development in senior leadership roles, including as CEO of Skanska Nya Hem and as Project Director at ByggVesta from 2016 to 2021. He has also been responsible for Scandic Hotels’ project operations, gaining experience in creating value throughout the entire customer journey, not just within the building itself. Most recently, he was with Bonava, where he served as Regional Manager for Stockholm and the Mälardalen region.
