ByggVesta is selling two properties comprising a total of 227 apartments in Sege Park, Malmö, to Lansa Fastigheter, which is thereby expanding its property portfolio in the area

The sale is a natural step in our strategy to release capital from completed properties for new investments and continued growth. Lansa is a strong, long-term owner with whom we have completed several transactions in the past, making them a natural buyer in the area,” says Jonas Jonsson, CEO of ByggVesta.
The transaction comprises two properties. One was completed in 2023 and contains 113 rental apartments with one to three rooms and a kitchen, as well as a communal space. The other was completed in 2024 and comprises 114 rental apartments with one to four rooms and a kitchen, as well as one commercial unit. Lansa already has an established presence in Sege Park. The properties will be transferred to the new owner on 2 November this year.
